📦 Store Credit Returns
We offer store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags still attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, or any stains
- Returned in original packaging
Store credit never expires and can be used on any EAIRA purchase — so you'll always find something you love. 🌿
🚫 Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:
- Intimates & bodysuits
- Accessories (scarves, beanies, belts)
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
❌ We Do Not Accept
- Exchanges of any kind
- Returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Returns without prior approval from our team
📋 How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@eairalife.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back at your own cost to the address provided
- Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as EAIRA is not responsible for lost return packages.
💛 Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@eairalife.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
